Dr Fabré studied plastic surgery at Gasthuisberg University Hospital in Leuven with a special focus on breast surgery, including breast reconstruction, breast lifts and breast augmentation. He obtained his accreditation as a plastic surgeon in 2001.
Between 2001 and 2003, he worked as a fellow at South-Western University in Dallas, USA, and as a consultant at the renowned Canniesburn Hospital in Glasgow, Scotland, where he further specialised in aesthetic and reconstructive head and neck surgery.
In May 2003, he became the breast surgeon consultant at the University Hospital Gasthuisberg in Leuven and plastic surgeon at the AZ Delta Hospital in Roeselare.
