A filler treatment always begins with a comprehensive analysis of your face. Your face is unique, so the procedure should be tailored very specifically to you. Together with your doctor, you will discuss which areas we will treat and what to expect. A numbing ointment and, if necessary, a local anaesthetic ensure the procedure is virtually painless (like at the dentist). You can return to work immediately after the treatment. However, it is best to avoid intense heat for about three days. For instance, avoid using an (infrared) sauna.

What happens during a filler treatment?

Are fillers dangerous?
Our plastic surgeons are experts on your anatomy and know exactly where to inject safely. They also work with the best products. We use cannulas – rounded needles that do not cut – to reduce the risk of bruising and prevent the filler from entering a blood vessel. And for hyaluronic acid fillers, we have an effective antidote. We have hyaluronidase to completely dissolve the filler within hours.
