If you have any excess fat in your arm, we start your arm lift with liposuction of that fat. We then remove the excess skin. Sometimes, we use an incision in your armpit. But we usually opt for an incision on the inside of your upper arm. At the end of the procedure, we suture the incision with a fine thread.
